Revised Drafts of the Off-Paved Trail Cycling Implementation Plan, Analysis, and Trail Maps – April 6, 2016 

  • Based on public comment, the Department of Regional Parks revised and posted drafts of the off-paved trail cycling implementation plan, American River Parkway Plan consistency analysis, trail maps, and a map of the proposed trails overlaid with the American River Parkway Plan area maps on April 6, 2016. ARPAC Workshop – February 19, 2016 – Public ​​Comment

  • ​​An American River Parkway Advisory Committee Workshop was organized and held on February 19, 2016 to discuss the proposed off-paved trail cycling pilot and documents. The Department invited the public through email notification, early mail notification to property owners within 500 feet of the project area, and posted the meeting notice on the County’s website. 59 people attended the workshop. Participants gave feedback at stations on four themes: education and enforcement, financial sustainability, trails and access, and environment.
